Malcolm Reid - BB&O Mens Team Captain "I attended the Hatton Golf fitting studio for a two hour session that was to include a full assessment of both clubs and balls. My irons had been fitted by one of the major club manufacturers and although most things were correct the lies were 4 degrees out throughout the set. As a plus handicap golfer I was horrified at the assessment of my woods. I've had my hybrid reshafted as it wouldn't go straight, it does now.
The whole process was extremely professional and explanations were given at each point to include discussions on shot shape. I would recommend this process to all golfers who are serious about their game.
Mickael (Pro)Optimum loft & lie fitting - The Irons are great, the ball flight I'm getting now is fantastic not too low but not to high either. Also with the change to the lie's I'm not getting much shape at all which I like a lot. Don't think I've gained much distance maybe 5 yards but because the ball flight is better I don't lose much distance into the wind.
Robin Driver Lesson - I visited Jeff, to try out the "anti-slice driver" and found much to my great disappointment that I could slice that too. Jeff had spotted a flaw in the take-away. I was asked to practice the change. Within days it made a significant difference. Tee to green in regulation most of the time. I am currently playing to 18, before the two lessons, 25 H/C.
Adam New Orka irons, wood reshafts - New clubs are going very well so far. Played a couple under handicap today despite frozen greens. My general accuracy has improved considerably with all clubs but particularly with the driver. Trajectory is perfect. Also still putting very well and so think I'm about 4 shots better already.
Richard New wedge and Loft & Lie corrections - Just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for doing the clubs and making the lob wedge - played Sunday to try them out and its made a big difference on the ball flight and overall length, so v happy. The wedge is great - just like throwing darts, so lots of fun!
Steve Snake Eyes Driver - I used the new driver on Saturday morning and it worked really well, right from the tee shot on the first hole, which was one of the best I've hit for quite a while. Definitely picked up some distance. The shaft obviously suits me well.

Mike "Having been having lessons with you I wanted to write a brief recommendation that you may wish to use.
I came to Jeff when I was scoring well over my handicap and playing pretty poorly. Work started immediately and he quickly realised that my irons had shafts that were far too weak for me. Jeff let me try my 5 iron with a correct shaft and I was so impressed I changed the lot. The opposite happened with the driver where it proved to be correct so we knew it was just down to the swing! Since the start of a series of lessons I am now hitting the ball much more consistently. I have changed from having a slice to a strong straight/draw. This was not my intention but the welcome outcome. I now hit about a club less than before and my driving is much straighter as well as 20-30 yards longer. We also had a look at putting and took an inch off the putter and it now fits and along with some other adjustments the three putts are much rarer. Finally I had a short game lesson. I always thought that my chipping was pretty good but had a few good pointers added. Where the lesson really helped was in showing me some new shots and strategies and sorting out my bunker shots.
After a few months the result of all of this is that I now have a set of clubs I know are correctly set up for me, I hit the ball longer and straighter and my short game is sharper. Although my handicap has yet to drop due to a lack of competitions I am now back to regularly hitting under my handicap and have even been as low as 7 shots below it on a couple of occasions.

game lesson. My last lesson on
the full wedge is the best £45 on golf I have ever spent. Those
principles of tempo and lower body movement have revolutionised
my whole game.
John: Reshaft Woods and DCI irons; I'm very
pleased with the re-fit of shafts. I've never hit such straight
balls with my longer irons. Taylormade R7 Woods refitted with
the DG S300 shafts are great feel quite different to the black
gold. I'm totally confident with my 5 wood now. So straight with
a slight draw to finish. I'm even hitting my 3 wood with more
confidence off the fairway. I've played a couple of medals and
stablefords already net 71 (CSS 70) and net 62 (CSS 65), 44 & 41
points. So far 3 rounds of cuts, I'm going the right way.
Ian (travelling from Watford!): Jeff has
enabled me to understand the simple principles of the golf swing
and given me the confidence to believe I can play the game. As
a direct result my handicap has gone from 24 to 18 in just two
months, enabling me to achieve a long held golfing ambition of

Christine: After

about two months ago. Since then, I've not only been hitting the ball a lot further
but now I'm finding the fairway off the tee much more consistently. Now I'm as

Chris; - Jeff, had a 6 foot putt in a competition yesterday for a net
59! Driver is now going really well and irons are solid,
David - Just a note to say I am very pleased with my new
fitted driver. Initially it was superb, then with overconfidence I tried to force
it with predictably poor results. Now I have remembered what you taught me and
I am using it more sensibly, the result being that I am now much more consistent
off the tee. This of course means much less pressure on my second shot which
is now usually on the fairway. This week I played at Kirtlington and went round
in 88 which is my best score for ages.
Andy - After many years I decided this year was the time to upgrade my clubs
for a new set. The service was first class and within a week I was on the course
using my new set of irons. A couple of months after obtaining the irons I also
bought a Pure Balance II putter, My putting has dramatically improved. At first
I struggled with both the irons and the putter as my distances were a bit awry,
however after a few games I noticed I was definitely hitting the ball straighter
and have seen my handicap drop from 21 to18 and still going down. I thoroughly

Gary 4 Handicap - I saw the advert for the Indoor
Golf School in the local paper before xmas and often thought about going along,
finally phoned at the end of february and booked an hour lesson for that afternoon.
The leson actually lasted an hour and a half and I learnt a hell of a lot about
golf club technology and the fact my clubs were totally wrong for my game. The
grip size, shaft length and reg flex were all wrong, making three changes particualary
to X flex was quite daunting. Jeff could see my dilemma so did the 6 iron for
me to try out. The next day I was on the phone getting the whole set done.the
ball flying much straighter and penetrating. Two days later I picked them up,
I feel my game has gone to a new level. What I got off Jeff was a much better
understanding of the game technically and would not hesitate to recommend Hatton

the past few months on all aspects of the long and short game. First time out

about a year now and although I've only made minor changes the confidence in

Dave - About
6 months ago I was struggling with my game and on the recommendation of a friend
I contacted Jeff. After the first lesson I noticed an immediate improvement in
my ball striking. Jeff explained what the problems with my swing were, made some
changes and with the use of the technology in the studio I got immediate feedback.
Jeff's tuition and the technology have allowed me to understand my swing and
now if I do have problems between lessons I can work on correcting them myself.
Six months on I'm hitting the ball further, more accurately and have a more consistent
game, I have got my first official handicap of 19 and am looking forward, with
Jeff's help, to lowering my handicap in the coming year.

Steve - Having been stuck on a 22 handicap for ages and
not being happy using woods I thought I would give yet another instructor a chance
to change my swing. Well this time it worked. Within days of having only my second
lesson with Jeff, in which he has given me a more compact and easier swing, I
won a 54 hole friendly tournament in France. I have also just shot a four over
par 9 holes at one of my local courses (with 3 of those on one hole!) and am
